does anyone know how to disable cortana on xbox. she keeps popping up and freezing my game mid gunfights. how do I disable it so it doesnt happen. Its costing me gunfights and wins left and right.
That’s some bad luck! Not exactly sure, but isn’t it an app 
? If it is, try uninstalling it. If you can’t figure it out, contact Xbox support for help. I’m sure they can help solve your problems!
I believe you can turn it off somewhere in settings, cause I had to turn mine off with the exact same reason as you mate, it was so frustrating to deal with
I went into settings and turned off my kinect. It gets annoying when she pops up from someone having a conversation in the room.
You can turn her off in the settings, but I noticed she’ll still pop up sometimes. Only happens on my other account though.
Yes you can disable in settings, requires a restart after.

Strange I turn her on and she still doesn’t do anything, I have to do everything manually.
