As most of us know, Cortana’s design has always been somewhat fluid. no two games have the same looking Cortana. I feel like this opens the way for a singular, distinctive design to emerge and solidify her look for future games and artwork, since 343 seems to be keeping some form of her around.
To show respect and give visible credit to the amazing actress who has been bringing her voice to life all this time, I think it only right to make Cortana’s model appear like the incredibly talented Jen Taylor. After all, she has been portraying the character for over 20 years. Doesn’t she deserve for her face to be immortalized like her voice? This would be especially fitting with it being Halo’s big Legacy remodeling. using her face with the uniformed look that we have already seen for “The Weapon” in infinite.
With Cortana potentially being the main villain, we can assume that we will seeing a lot of her in the future. Having a more unified and permanent design for her, and the rest of the art design, would be a welcome addition to the series. after all, the only real continuity in art design we see between any of the primary games are (1) the mark vi between H2 and H3, and (2) the design of 343’s H4 and H5.
