Cortana should be purplish/blue in the new TV series!

I don’t understand for the life of me, why Cortana isn’t purplish/blue in the new Halo TV series!!! This is pretty dumb!!! I’m super glad they got Jen Taylor back! I’m sad they couldn’t get?? :thinking: Steve to do the Master Chief’s voice :disappointed: It’s just not the same. I feel bad for the guy that’s doing it because he’s going to get criticized so much and it’s not his fault. It would be like having Darth Vader without James Earl Jones or Optimus prime without Peter Cullen and so on… I don’t know what you had to do to get Steve to do it but you should have done it.

Also, why isn’t this show following canon?!?!?! I got to admit this makes me a little irritated. I don’t want them to change things from the original story. Why can’t they just follow the original story!!!

I’m just so tired of directors, producers, companies whoever it is! Taking something that already has ALL The information you need, the story has already been told for you and they ALWAYS change stuff!!! They always have to put there own spin on it or whatever…just stop already! If you’re making a live-action movie or TV show and it’s based on a book, video game, comic or something just follow the source material that’s all you have to do!!! That is what the majority of fans of that item and I would guess in this case with Halo, want!!

Then when the show / movie doesn’t do well, producers always wonder why… :roll_eyes:

My hype for this just went from pretty excited to basically non-existent now I’m sorry to say because I am a person that likes things to follow the source material. A lot of other things looked pretty good with it I’ll give it that and I will watch it at some point more then likely but yeah… Don’t really care anymore. Pretty disappointing…

I agree.

I think this every time I see a live-action video game or anime adaptation.
The video game and anime stories are often good, yet they seem to feel compelled to give them trite stories that barely use the universe they’re working with.
Then, to add insult to injury, they often get actors that look and sound nothing like the characters.

Also, the thing about finding Halo sounds ridiculous.

I don’t know what it is, but they must be ignorant or arrogant.
