I was browsing threw a Google search for some Cortana Wallpaper images, when I came across images of a App that Microsoft has designed using Cortana as an assistant like Siri. Did you know about this? Anyone know the iOS release date? Post your comments about it or if you already have it, how do you like it?

They won’t be releasing Cortana for ios. It’s currently on Windows phone 8.1 and Windows 10 and will be added as an Xbox One feature soon.

Can’t wait to get the Canadian version of Cortana on Windows 10.
Actually I have been using Cortana for my Windows 10 phone for a while now and like it much better than siri. She seems to not work quite as well on Windows 10 PC. Ask her to tell you a joke and do an impersonation… hilarious. You can also ask her questions about Master Chief and the Halo Universe.
As for iPhone… looks like later this year she will be released. However there are limitations.

If you go to Microsoft website and search Cortana, scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see the free Cortana download

I read a online article that the new Xbox one that plays 360 games (Elite) will have her installed on it.

Great feedback, thank you for the info. I tweeted Microsoft and told them to step it up and make a full body hologram of Cortana that looks like see is actually talking and gestures like in the game. If they did this, it would set the bar and kill it’s competition !
Anybody else find it ironic that the rampant, sociopathic AI from Halo is the new face of microsofts OS? Ok Cortana, I get. But did they not know she was going all evil in their new game?

I believe there is a version for Android and iOS comout out later this year supposedly. I think the Android version leaked a few months back, just nothing official yet.
