I just want to ask one thing
Who was responsible for this monstrocity in Halo 2 remastered:
Cortana-old — ImgBB Old Cortana
Cortana-new — ImgBB New cortana
Monstrosity? It was certainly better then the Halo 4 model. The Halo 2 Anniversary Cortana model was certainly the best made imo. It looked real, and not too real, and it looks pretty good. I know many may disagree.
It honestly looks like they copy pasted some random girl’s head onto halo 4’s cortana’s body with average photoshopping skills
If you look closely you can clearly see the difference between the head and body

Fair point. I still prefer the Halo 2A model to the Halo 4 model and nothing will change my mind.
Please, I’m not being heated, just sticking with my opinion. Halo 4’s was…overkill.
A better question is who made the monstrosity of the entirety HCEA…

Well I think it was basically the Halo 3 model.
Yeah I actually agree that it doesn’t really look like I face a think fits Cortana, but I wouldn’t say monstrosity lol xD.
In my opinion when it comes to “face” Halo 4 did it best.
When it comes to body, H2A did it best.
I say Halo 4 above all.
Halo 2A does look a little funky there, but still - in non-cutscenes, I’m usually not breaking down the pixel differences of characters lol.
Halo 4’s model is my favourite.
The face in H2A is a little wack but I think it is otherwise one of the better ones.
I’m sus of anyone who says H4 Cortana was their favorite.
Now, I’m kinda partial to H5. That body armor combo with the realism of H5’s facial animations made her look really good in that game to me.

While I like the H2A model a lot, I still think the H4 model is the best (and it pains me to say something about H4 is the best…). My tattoo of Cortana that I have is actually based off the H4 design.

I relate to both of you here. I really like the design too, and I agree she should be naked, though to me it felt rather “unnecessary” to make her so sexualized. I mean no wonder Del Rio was so frustrated in Halo 4, am I right?
i think all the shading under the breats, betwnen thighs, and bellybuttun might be something that highlights a bit much. how are there even shadows on the actual light source? artificial shadows I guess, but weird?
Great art by whoever made it, love it. but maybe less… “detail” in the future. Can’t wait to see what she looks like in infinite.
Maybe its just me but I’ve never cared about how Cortana looked?
Then again naked blue women dont do anything for me, if it was a naked blue man I might have an opinion.
But for real I’ve never really had much issue with how AI looked in Halo, the chief thing I always wanted was the assurance that they stood out as an AI and they literally always have.

I agree and disagree here.
It never really looked liked she was ‘naked’ until
Halo 4. So it didn’t bother me. I figured she just had tight clothes on lol. I think, as dumb as she looks in Halo 5, that’s how I think she should look. With clothes on.
Agree with the details too. There was certainly too many details.

Monstrosity? Cortana is beautiful and you are just blind. Do you have no depth perception? How can you not account for the high fidelity of that game. Accept her for who she is.
