Cortana doesn’t look graphically updated at all. Infact i would say that the halo 3 cortana looks 10x better than the new one. Please post your thoughts.

Cortana can look like Anything.
And a lot of people said that Cortana “Didn’t look like Cortana” at the change from Halo 1 to 2, and Halo 2 to 3.
I guess its a matter of opinion. But i still think she looks like a man.

she is way better in what we see of halo 4
They totally changed her character model from the person it’s been for the past 10 and a bit years. It’s just another example of them doing whatever they can to prove to everybody that “Hey! We’re not Bungie! Look at all the stuff we’ve done that’s soooo ‘Not-Bungie’! Are you guys happy now?!” I don’t know why you’re surprised that they messed this up.
