In The Maw, when you get near the point where Foehammer is supposed to pick you up, Cortana radios in to her, saying “Cortana to Echo 419, request extraction now, on the double!”, with Foehammer responding to the message. I’ve never once heard this during MCC. Is it difficulty-based? Does it not play on Legendary? Is the spot to trigger it specific? Or has anyone else encountered this?
