Now that Cortana is supposedly dead (I’m sure she’ll be back, because I have my theories) , Master Chief will need a new AI.
BB (EDIT: Black Box, not “blue” box), the AI from from Glasslands and The Thursday War, seems to be the next best match for Chief, because he has a likable and funny personality, and he’s probably the most advanced AI that the UNSC has ever built.
I predict that sometime or another in Halo 5, Master Chief will be paired up with BB for at least part of the game.
Do you think BB will be Cortana’s replacement, and how would you feel if he was her replacement?
Isn’t his name Black Box? I know he projects himself as an Blue Box but i would swear that his name is Black Box.
I would love to see MC paired with BB for the beginning of the game till Cortana returns. Although if MC was given a fragment of BB that would make more sense. Much like the fragment that stayed in sydney while his core was onboard of Port Stanley.

I would like him paired for a little bit of the game, a type of ‘overlord I see all and relay info to the commander’ for much of it, and when Cortana comes back (No way they’re ditching her), it becomes much more fun between then.
Meh I dunno who the new Ai’s gonna be(maybe he might choose to not get one), but Cortana certainly is not gone. We’ll be seeing her very soon…very soon…
