I have both Operation: Spearbreaker and Awakening The Nightmare DLCs. I completed the original campaign in its entirety, and both DLCs. However, despite me uninstalling/reinstalling the game, ensuring latest updates for both the game and console, and power cycling my console, I believe my saved game progress got corrupted.
Some Phoenix Logs and clips in Theater are “locked” even though I ensured they were all previously unlocked. All of my saved games under the “Load Game” section are gone. For Operation: Spearbreaker and ATN, despite me completing the optional and bonus objectives already, and all campaign logs retrieved before, they’re not showing up. However, I still am seeing Gold medals for highest medal, and best time confirming they got completed before.
Do I have to replay the entire game, along with both DLCs, again? Or is there a way 343 can verify I already had everything unlocked, and correct the issue I have? Thank you.
Update: I decided to replay both Spearbreaker and AtN in full again, and so far all of the Phoenix Logs are now unlocked and everything is back to normal.
Ok, I am angry. This is stupid bug which appears after updates. This happened to me two times and now for the third time again. All saves disappeared, some logs missing, and two cinematics are locked. This was addressed in the past ,but happens again. Please developers fix it. This is non sense that campaign progression can be bugged by balance updates.
Again same issue here - has happened to me 4 times now - Really very annoying that it hasn’t been addressed once so no idea if the Dev’s are even aware of the issue

Me too. It’s actually preventing me from playing the game.
Only resolution I found was, unfortunately (or fortunately) to replay them again. I had to replay all of the Spearbreaker and ATN missions, along with the final level of the regular campaign. It has since worked for me.
UPDATE: Glitch happened AGAIN, 4/14/2018. Fortunately I took screenshots beforehand of my progress before hand. Unfortunately, it seems to have locked the last 2 cutscenes from theater mode (from the original campaign), also locked a bunch of Phoenix logs which I previously collected. 343, please fix this. I can submit screenshots if necessary. This isn’t acceptable that my saved progress keeps getting glitched. My Halo Waypoint service record data is not the same as what I have for screenshots, the Waypoint data is outdated. Gamertag: VampiricSpartan, I have screenshots to back up my claim. I have an even worse issue, my game file itself is apparently corrupted. For many months I haven’t been able to play Halo Wars 2 on Xbox One, as I can’t even reinstall the game, every time I try to do so it stops the installation immediately. I have tried a number of things and nothing has changed, the game automatically informs me “installation stopped.”
Microsoft support wasn’t able to even help me with this one, and despite being told that the issue would be passed on and would be looked into more, I never heard anything back again. I suppose I should try and contact them again about it… because I have never even got to play Awakening the Nightmare because of it (thankfully I didn’t purchase it yet) and now that it’s soon summer break for me again, I kind of want to play it again.
