So my HALO 5 data has been corrupted from what I can deduce. I un-install it just fine but then I go to reinstall it and the installation starts and then immediately stops, and if I go to play HALO 5 it just sends me to the store
anyone else had this issue??
In between uninstalling and reinstalling, are you restarting your Xbox at all? If you haven’t done so, uninstall the game and then perfrom a hard reset by holding in the power button for 30 seconds and unplugging the power brick. Wait a minute, plug back in, switch on and try installing again. Leave it for a while and see if that works. If it doesn’t you could try removing your profile from your Xbox One and re-downloading. Last suggestion would be to contact Xbox Live support and see if they can run some other troubleshooting steps with you
