Correlation w/ Experience & Flight Invitation?

Hey Guys!
I recently found out about these flights via an awesome twitter video I saw of one of the PC Firefight flights from HiddenXperia. As someone who has put in at least a thousand hours into the Halo series, it made me wonder if you have played a lot of Halo, would it increase the chances of you getting an invite?

There’s nothing you can really do to increase your chances of selection. It all comes down to whatever criteria 343 need players to meet for whatever flight they are running
