Wasn’t it Palmer’s assassination attempt on Halsey that made into a one armed genius/sociopath?
The only reason I ask this is because as I was playing the campaign tonight I noticed that Spicy Locke seems to think that jul m’dama did it. is this just an over sight? or apart of the subtlety and nuance that Frank O’Connor was talking about?

No it was spartan ops in halo 4 when it happened. I’m a little fuzzy but I believe Palmer was trying to kill or pull Halsey away and Jul took a sword and cut her arm off.
