As a guy I can see the issues with the lack of options like some people want to play as a female and others want to feel represented and these choices aren’t a real solution and honestly I don’t get why he is so upset over it in a thread about armor cores

Yeah, sorry, didn’t mean to generalize about all guys. Just, he’s the kind of guy happy to play as a guy, and doesn’t seem to care about people who aren’t like him.

It’s not a head to toe suit of armor it’s armor placed on top of a under suit anyone with eyes can see the undersuit
And the undersuit is unisex.
Just because the undersuit is unisex doesn’t make a person’s body fit one shape and it’s clear with how it changes when you select the different options

I agree with the coatings. I don’t agree with armour pieces. I like armour to look definable as the Mk of armour it is. I like that currently the MkV looks very different from the mkiv.

I feel like limiting cosmetics to only a certain core is detrimental to the shop. Like if they made it to where any core could use any customization item (as it should have been from the start) then they would be making more money off the store. Just seems baffling to me that 343 would limit themselves like this, but whatever I guess. Let them shoot themselves in the foot.
We’ll see how it works when new cores get added. Can you imagine the backlash from the people that bought the red/gold chroma to only have that $20 color not be able to applied to future cores?

This. If the armor kits were pieces, you know how much customization that would enable from the jump?! That’d be sick
They need to make all the armors and color items cross-core; the fact that cores exist is fine, but only if all your items can be used on any core. The current system is extortionary and really terrible.
