I’m not sure if there is a way to choose your spawn locations for vehicles but i have tried and i had the same experience this guy had. if there is controls to change spawn locations i would love to know because i have gone to core base in the spawn window and chose to spawn in with a vehicle and it would still spawn me out in the middle base. but if there is they should make it easier recognized, if not they need to add it because of this.
But the main this is is that we have people that love to go out to the enemy base as well and site n wait crouched hiding and with no way to see them til its too late they can camp the core base spawn as easy as this with no way to stop them. once that tank goes out you are screwed if he is waiting. sure you can trying and look before you go out but you only can look 1 way so if you look the wrong way, or he just happens to have a plasma pistol or splinter grenade, its rather pointless. Meanwhile you have marines stationed at the base just sitting there even though the core is not under attack. i feel as if those marines should be put to good use and patrol a tiny bit outside the base and engage people that try to do this when the base is protected. if the core is exposed than they fall back inside. either do that or they need to put red waypoint markers over the campers heads if they are withing like 20-40m from the base just sitting n waiting. so that way the scrubs can be killed for doing so rather than PTFOing.

ya we really need to choose where to spawn. air do have it easier.
I thought you spawned in whatever base you had selected at the Req screen as long as it supported vehicles.

i guess not because i selected core base, but it still spawned me at middle. but ya this is what bothers me, cant even spawn in a tank with out these guys waiting. and i swore when i selected spawn it was over core but it changed to the armory and i guess it defaulted to the middle. i hated this sooooo much.
I know this is a bit late, but I am seriously up for spawn protection. I’m getting tired of spawning in Halo 5 Warzone and Super Fiesta and dying within 5 seconds after I spawn.
