Not sure if much can be done here, but anyway…
I bought a Xbox Live 12+1 months + Corbulo emblem at Game a while ago. I was told that the code would grant me access to both the live and the emblem, just redeemed it before, no emblem…
After looking online, it seems they just arent giving them to anyone who buys from shops, so disappointed…
P.S. Heard the update fixes dlc sharing, if true, brother will be happy!
Any chance 343 may be kind and give me a code? I’ll even pm them the reciept if they want proof. (Doubt I’ll get my deserved emblem, but I’ll hold onto hope, ha ha)
How do i get the code for the Corbulo emblem?
There’s no “special stores” here in the Brazil. I could try Walmart. Ideas?

Nope, I’m aware the code is for an emblem for your in game spartan for Halo 4.
It seems you can only obtain it by purchasing a special Halo 4 Xbox live code, however I didnt recieve it.

Oh well this came to a surprise considering the fact that I never heard of it before. It is strange that the code doesn’t work and now I want it because I am a collector.

Well for me in the UK, you can get them from Game shops, not sure if it will work in other regions, but you can also buy from their website, which will just e-mail you the code, however, I’ve also read elsewhere that people didnt recieve the emblem with the online version either, but said that upon contacting them claiming they didnt recieve the emblem, they did recieve it. I have tried e-mailing them, but unsure whether they will/can do anything seeing I ordered in store.
Oh I also believe shopto.net is a choice, my favourite place to Pre-order games, even buy games sometimes. Its cheaper there too.
If anyone has a sore corbulo emblem or something I have LE avatar stuff to trade for it
Managed to check into game again today, explaining the issue. Was told I could download it in the “Live marketplace” section of the Halo 4 menu, (Wasnt there), and if not they couldnt do anything because they dont have seperate codes for emblems, neither can they give me another code or refund.
Just hoping the game website, microsoft or 343 can help me out now, if not I’m screwed it seems… for something I ACTUALLY BOUGHT.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I have already posted a forum post on the xbox support website as well, explaining the situation, so just hoping I can get what I’m entitled to, instead of everyone shrugging their shoulders and pointing at the next guy, like I usually hear.

You might have better luck if you call them. Through the forums, it will take longer and if you talk to a live person, I find that it usually goes quicker and more direct. Or you could shoot them an email.

With doing some research, I actually found out that xbox doesnt have a direct email. I’m pretty sure they had one in the past but no longer.
If you go here and input the category that the issue falls under, I beleive you choose the chat option to speak to a an associate through a chat window. Will be a little faster than email which is probably why they don’t use it for support.
