Hi, I am DKG673S, and I am an avid screenshot taker, having 370+ saved on my phone. My friends have all loved my screenshots, and my other friend suggested that I do something big with it. So, my idea is, I would like to make a coffee-table style book with my screenshots. Now, I realize that copyright issues would obviously get in the way. Is there anyone I can get in touch with in order to solve this? I would love to work with 343 and/or Microsoft in this, as it is my dream come true to let people know that I can make content. Maybe ske7ch the community manager would be a good start. I don’t have any expertise in this area, but my guess would be that you’d be good as long as it was for personal use and not trying to make any profits from it.
Usually if profit is not to be made, or if this is not for distribution, you might be ok. Also using it to promote a business or service without consent is a very gray area.

The gameplay is usually part of something else, you have to add something meaningful to it in order for it to be considered fair use.
