Can I use a Halo Symbol (Inheritor Symbol for example)
for my Clan or Team, I can use it or not?
You don’t have to worry about Copyright as long as you are not making any form of money off of anything that Microsoft owns, which in this case it’s the Halo Franchise so it’s perfectly alright to do that.
