Hello there, fellow Halo fans. I’ve read about Sangheili in Halo 4 a lot of places, and all it has told me is that they’ll be playable in Elite OPS, no other way. The reason for this, as far as I know is that Halo 4 multiplayer is set in a virtual Spartan training program. Having read that made me Yoink! my pants, because having seen some gameplay showed me that Sangheili are now hostile, so if it’s something the training program needs it’s Sangheili. And in my opinion Sangheili are half the Halo experience. And I wouldn’t want Sangheili as a DLC. Last time I checked only The Elder Scrolls 4 and 5 had DLCs one would want. DLCs are mostly stupid, and I hope that 343 can get some Yoink! sorted before release. If you make it Sangheili DLC make it free. Also, removing playable Sangheili from everything but Elite OPS is like taking the heart out of a living creature. Also, can someone please answer this question, what is the difference between matchmaking and custom games? Any-ways, I have a link to show you. Why bother with that if not playable? In previous halo games the are like… Maximum 5 variations for NPCs, and that’s 4 only armour colour and load-out, if you know what I mean. So are they making so many classes and such to make the gameplay more… "They’ve got a lot on stuff on both sides"ish, which makes it kinda cool. But the removal of playable Sangheili will maybe even keep me from playing. Yes, -Yoinking!- 343 industries, we know you want us to focus on the Spartans that include items from things that aren’t in the training program. I guess they added Covenant and Promethean items because we should learn how to use them in real combat and such, but it’s teasing my eyes out. For yoghurt’s sake though… Can’t you put up a system like… Do you want to play training program or Get the -Yoink!- out there and shoot at other things whilst being whatever the heck you want, which most people would prefer, especially Machinima. 343 wants us to focus on Spartans… Well yeah, we play as a Spartan in all games except ODST… We’ve mostly focused on our beloved Chief the whole time. I’d say what 343’s doing will be the same as trying to start a driving car.
I’m pretty sure they won’t be playable at all.
EDIT: Also the game is gold, no more changes can be made until after release.
There is no way i am reading that. I don’t mind a long winded, detailed post but holy -Yoink- man, space out your paragraphs. It makes it much easier to read long posts and rants and as a result, makes it easier to properly respond to said post.
