I had an idea once and never I’ve never gotten around to telling the world. It involves the scout warhogs and some halo reach.
WHAT IF WHEN WE WIELD ANY KIND OF DETACHABLE MACHINE GUN WE CAN RIDE IN THE BACK OF SCOUT WARHOGS LIKE JORGE DID IN REACH.
If it was added the scout warhogs and machine guns would be a lot more used and it would be a great thing to do with friends.

You know…this actually isn’t a bad idea.

I’ve had pretty much the same idea. The only thing is that it would be less useful than a warthog. You’d have limited ammo, and it would cost more req points than just getting a warthog, so there’d need to be a benefit to it.
Great idea, just add more armor and it’s awesome

I think it would be cool to see, plus would add some usability to Scout Warthogs other than being fast.
Maybe they can do that with jorges chaingun.
Yeah, you could mix and match turrets that way, including plasma and splinter turrets.
oni gauss turret on a rally scout would be cool. too bad it has so little ammo

I like the visual look of it. But at a req level needed to bring in a chain gun you can spawn an ONI hog and get potentially better results.
Does anybody else remember the thread from before MOR dropped called chain gun plus scout hog = dope? Where it talked about this exact thing. Nope just me?

Yeah, I saw a couple of threads like that going around, but I never saw any real discussion about the mechanics of it.
I personally think it’s noteworthy it, the changes costs more anyways, and add one for the scout hog…
