I’m most curious about how or why this has happened to me. First time it happened was April 19th 2017. I was attempting to throw grenades during a Warzone match and my buttons were rearranged. It thrusted instead. I was boggled especially since upon checking my settings every thing was normal. The issue only corrected itself after multiple restarts of the controller itself. The issue never happened again until the next day during a fiesta match upon which it took even more fiddling to correct such as restarts and hitting restore defaults in settings. Then recalibrating to my personal taste. I play inverted and with high sensitivity but otherwise I don’t rearrange button mapping at all. Anyone have a clue as to what’s going on? Was I hacked?
Never heard of this issue before. Are you the only one who uses your account? Someone else adjusting your settings is the only explanation I can think of.
Never had button mapping issues before but i have had sensitivity problems but those are due to heavy aiming and just normal wear on my controller.
I sometimes have an issue, where when I preform any melee based attack, it may randomly make me crouch after, I can even miss and I still crouch and this almost always makes me lose the engagement.
I’ve ran into this a few times. I’m not sure why or how but my controls got changed at the beginning of a warzone firefight match. Just had to change them back.
Yup use to happen to me hasn’t happend for a while. When it did happen I just went to my controller setting and selected the default setting again which it was already on weird.
It happens to me about once every two months.
I’ve recently had this issue as well.
I have only have this issue when I pop back the the remote that came with halo 5 Xbox one. It’s very rare. But I played for about a year with a standard one to save on the painted halo one. Never had it with that one.
