I can go play Destiny and my aiming is crisp, and I feel in full control, but in Halo Infinite when my reticle gets close to my target it feels like 2 south pole magnets repulsing each other, I have to fight the controller to track my target. All Halo titles up to and including Halo 4 were fine, but then in Halo 5 I began having problems, and now even worse with Infinite.

Make a support ticket about it so 343 knows. It’s (bad) by design. You’re NOT supposed to make micro adjustments and aim yourself in Infinite.
You’re supposed to try aiming in the general direction of the enemy, then use left stick to keep moving so the auto aim locks on. The moment you try to make adjustments with right stick like you’re used to in other shooters or any older Halo games, the aim overshoots and breaks lock on and it feels awful.

Huh, it’s almost like we all already did that and 343 says, “Damn, that’s crazy,” but then proceeds to do nothing about it.
