No. Disable crossplay. Problem solved.
Either way, why is it you want a nerf to controller rather than a boost to M&K?
Boost for Mouse? I don’t want the game to aim for me man lol Aim Assist for mouse doesn’t make sense
LOL MKB players complaining about aim assist is laughable. The aiming in Infinite isn’t even good, it feels clunky on controller. If a MKB player is losing to a controller player, aim assist isn’t the pro lem
MKB is far superior in aiming l, and movement speed.
That’s why the top controller players average a 65% accuracy and the top MKB average 50%… troll somewhere else man
Not a troll, MKB users just getting used to it. MKB far superior input, it’s like you don’t understand how technology works. There is almost zero aim assist. Try picking up a controller and see how you do.
I’ve used both, pretty obvious which is harder to aim and play with. Youre the only one trolling because you are having issues
Because weve played Halo on controller since Xbox and don’t want our classic options reduced to accomandate the “master race”?
I do agree, less aim assist is a good thing. However, I have to say referencing esports is a terrible idea; esports is not even the same game and I hope beyond anything that changes are never, ever made to account for esports players.
Thats because of PC controller aim assist, its different. Its buggy and far stronger than Console. There is video proof available.
Cause you guys are playing on our turf. Halo is a controller Centrica experience. We shouldn’t have to be held back cause K/B and Mouse players can’t keep up.
It doesn’t have to be aim tracking. It can be sensitivity reduction near target or larger magnetism. Whatever the case, I’d rather they not worsen the experience on the most popular input just to try and balance the game between different inputs.
Your failing to aim well enough isn’t the fault of controller players. With controller input, there are only slow sensitivity settings, there’s no way to pick a fast sensitivity. And I’m talking way slower sensitivity than MnK sensitivity. It’s a gigantic difference. This is important because slower sensitivity generally results in higher accuracy. Every MnK player is using much faster sensitivity than every controller player. You can’t just hop into Halo coming from CoD, with the same sensitivity and expect to dominate. You need to have good tracking because the TTK is a lot higher in Halo. Turn your sensitivity down really low. If you have a controller, plug it in to your PC and compare the default sensitivity between MnK and controller, and adjust your MnK sens lower. The controller sensitivity is extremely slow to the point that we can’t even do proper 180 degree turns, which means whatever we’re aiming at is going to get hit a few times guaranteed
You have to remember the majority of console players are playing on TVs, with much higher input delay than gaming monitors. Gaming monitors have 1ms delay while TVs can be up to 40ms delay. Console players who don’t have a gaming monitor are at a huge disadvantage in this regard. Controllers also have deadzones. Controller users typically have much inferior movement also.
This Halo title already has the lowest aim assist and bullet magnetism of any title. So nerfing it more is outrageous.
