The game is balanced, aim assist is negligible, I have the experience of playing both KBM and controller on multiple games and have been a lifelong halo fan and player.
It’s a sad state that KBM elitist want total control and domination of every game they play.
I was around for this when it happened and is why I am compelled to not give KBM total control and advantage in halo
I enjoy playing on PC more. I can multitask while I play. More flexibility to watch YouTube or whatever while waiting for a game. Can chat in game if I don’t feel like talking. Lots of reason why I like to play on PC over Xbox…
However, when I play on Xbox I’m instantly 20-30% better. I’m not going to play on PC anymore. Is this really what 343 wants? If so, why even have it available on PC?
Some clarification, or ANY comment, from 343 on this KBM/Controller balance would be appreciated.

It is… I have the Elite Series 2 controller, and the latest controller firmware bricked it on my PC. I can only use it on Xbox now.

Because it doesn’t feel like enough assist, let alone reduce it. Just enable the ability to turn off cross play. I see KBM stomp players all the time. You literally have each side claiming the other side has the advantage too much. That’s why.
What is enough assist man? So we on KBM should be fine with pushing 50% max accuracy and you “feel” like 65% isn’t enough? What a joke…
It doesn’t matter what they do to aim assist. If the game has an esports scene its gonna be on controller. Don’t believe me? Look at CoD. All of the professionals play on controller. The only esports titles that pros don’t play on controller are basically the pc focused shooters.

Why lie like this? Pro’s in FPS games don’t even average that kind of accuracy percentage on KBM even if they were doing something high percentage like sniping the entire time.

Sadly that may be true, either way the AA is way overtunned in this game compared to other crossplay shooters.
Maybe they’ll create KBM only tournaments and ranking not just for solo/duo.
