I had 3 people playing on one console and all the sudden I have issues with the right trigger not working for the second player. Hit “Y” and the weapon would change and fire upon changing.
The player probably changed their button layout, go to settings then controller and be sure to change the button layout to default.
That’s not really a Halo support issue. If you’re having hardware malfunction, you need to talk to Xbox support.
