Controller exposed - Video

Exactly, I think my original video proves why that is.

You obviously haven’t tried to get perfects on a mouse then.

Absolutely, turning faster is an advantage (not sure about faster inputs?), however, faster turning is simply not as great of an advantage as this level of aim assist.

I’ve had many a perfect on mouse. Not too many though.

I don’t actually get that many on controller though either.

With high refresh rate monitors and the fact that all inputs are just a keystroke away instead of a trigger pull they can get off melees, grenades, and shots faster and on the correct frame.

Unbelievable, I have a feeling that console controller users get a crutch with regards to Bloom especially when it comes to the pistol. So many people can spam that trigger as fast as possible and still manage to land all of the headshots. No wonder my strafing isn’t working against them… it’s useless when they have this much of a crutch.

Most I got was two in one game. I’m good for about a perfect in every 10 or so games. Just took a look at a hand full of people in the top 100 in both inputs and look at the perfect differences. Controllers will land multiple perfects a game.

Cool story, but that all does not matter with this level of aim assist.

I mean, controllers can play on PC too. And the BR burst limits how fast you can -Yoink!-. They really have the word, “-Yoink!-” but with an extra ‘o’ into the word filter… On an FPS gaming forum? nice job 343.

Ok wtf nice word filter 343.

I think I have a clip of me getting a Perfect with a Stalker rifle and completely missing all three shots. Not sure if it was desync, undocumented bullet magnetism, or the auto aim.

Was answering the other dude’s question while I was waiting for you to answer my actual contribution to the thread but I guess you’d rather just call me out instead of read more.

@l_HyperLethal_l can’t wait to hear what you have to say…

I guess I missed your question?

This here. But only if you were talking about the glitch I mentioned.

But thinking about it now. What I said about MKB is actually a case for giving controller aim assist. Even if it’s kinda horribly tuned.

So if I’m on controller and someone takes my shield away, aim assist doesn’t work for me? Nah, don’t buy that one either.

Anyway, both KBM and controller will on register a key/button stroke as fast as you can. I also proved that the strafing speed is the same for both inputs.

Well test it first. You only tested the opposite theory.

I tested the way he explained it…

“it intentionally only locks to people with a shield up”

He said he only locks to people aka the opponent when their shield is up.

Ohhh.

Not what I was talking about at all. But I wonder if it’s a glitch or just desync. When aim assist seems to fail in the middle of combat after your shields break.

As for my arguments about the speed MKB has over controller. think about how much shorter a keystroke is for a key that’s already under your fingertips. Than a controller player not playing with paddles.

You should do a test on the Bloom for Controller vs PC.

I’ll test it out but I’m not doing a video, give me a min.
