What do you call strafing, then? Isn’t moving side to side strafing? I even showed your claim that movement is faster on PC is false, it’s all the same.

A true replication of in game movement…this is one small piece of a large puzzle…LOL. I didnt say strafing was faster, I said the movement was easier to do, aiming/turning is more responsive and accurate. Dont be ridiculous. Everyone knows the advantages a MnK has.

That’s the purpose of the experiment. You have one independent variable while holding all other conditions constant.

But I did go RIGHT. I went right and left, you know…I was strafing.

Like I said before, I can’t wait to hear from them. This is just comical at this point.

If you dont understand the difference between replicating game action, and targets who are barely moving I dont know what to tell you.

You made a video to fit your own narrative, youre trying to hard to prove your point. They are likely not changing the aim assist no matter how much you complain honestly…so funny seeing MnK players whining.

What you did didn’t validate his assertion that he feels M&K is better, so it wasn’t right. Unless you come to the conclusion that he wants you to come to, it ain’t never gonna be correct. Nevermind that the strafe speed is effectively the same between M&K and controller, and that you’re not spinning 360s on M&K to win gunfights lol

Its litterally a clone of othe similar vidoes that doesnt take all aspects into account, im sorry you dont see that. Its ok, we can just disagree, not that big of a deal.

It’s not hard to tell if someone is on Controller or Mouse. Especially in a game like Halo where you’re probably going to be dueling them half a dozen times before a match is over. Even in Apex Legends where I usually only get the one encounter against someone I can tell what input they’re on almost 100% of the time.

It comes down to this. There are very few people with really good Mouse aim that don’t also have at least competent movement and positioning. Mediocre Controller players that don’t seem to even know where they are but have Quake pro level tracking in close range strafe fights are a dime a dozen.

I’m more of I’ll take your word for it but with a grain of salt but once I see evidence it’s a different story.

You’re right, I don’t have A clue, I have TWO clues. They’re mine, and you can’t have them!

All they need to do is add two global settings toggles:

Input-based matchmaking (on) or (off)
and
Crossplay (on) or (off)

I don’t know why this is so hard.

I mean I’m sure most people who have played any FPS game has had times where they do something so lucky and amazing it looks like theyrr cheating.

I agree, this should be how it is, but with the dwindling population, do they really want to split it up even more?

Mnk allow easier movements though, far less junky and that’s in any game.

Alot of console players get “lost” because they have slow sensitivity so they dont scan the area as quick, some are also very blind lol.

Population is still strong enough for this, and if the population drops enough, everyone playing will use crossplay without input based MM anyway.

I don’t see the harm in giving players more control over their experience. But hey, this is a company that doesn’t even want to give you region filtering over your servers, so they clearly know better than us how to have fun with their game.

Sheesh. If I could get rid of a single modern gaming trend, it’s arrogant AAA devs dictating to their playerbase how they must have fun with their game.

I mean some players are leaving because of this forced nature.

Plus it’s a FTP with little content atm, FTP do so well at the start but that’s because everyone gives it a try.

Game will keep dying while inputs&crossplay are forced, desync is a joke, lacking modes and progression with cosmetics behind a paywall
