I have one simple suggestion. I’m a huge fan of most of the default halo control schemes, but I use Bumper Jumper primarily. Please, if you bring back ordinances, switch toggle grenade controls to the down button on the D-Pad. I get so sick of wanting to change my grenades and ending up calling in an ordinance I didn’t want right then. The down button on the D-Pad isn’t even used right now so it would be perfect.
The down button should be reserved for lowering weapons. I don’t know why 343i didn’t just stick to that in Halo 4. AND FOR GOD’S SAKE MAKE SURE THE WEAPONS STAY LOWERED WHEN THE PLAYER IS MOVING! It looks ridiculous as it is currently.
An excellent suggestion, though I still submit that it would be better for the gamers if 343 would give us fully remappable controls. The excuse that a glitch MIGHT be found simply isn’t good enough anymore. The Halo games are going to be released with glitches anyway. That is just the reality everybody needs to accept. If a problem is found, you fix it AFTER it has been found. You don’t shun progress because something bad MIGHT happen.
