Did anyone else notice the fluctuating orb in the centre of the Control room in the new trailer has the same pattern on it as Cortana’s A.I orb from Halo’s FUD?.

I think it was meant to imply he was walking towards Cortana, no?

I think so too. Cortana’s narration about how perfect they are together, the way he takes the AI chip out of his helmet… very heavily implied.
