Contrast too high?

Yo, so for some reason the contrast on my game is WAAYY to high… there is no option in game to fix it. I am playing on a lenovo legion laptop. I have read on reddit that other people are having this problem too, but basically what I am wondering is if 343 knows about it or if there is a fix comming and or something I can do on my end to fix it.

I’ve been having the same problem too on my Legion 5 Pro laptop. Also, the game refuses to use my dedicated GPU (RTX 3070) whenever I have hybrid mode enabled (which basically allows for usage of the integrated CPU graphics and the dedicated graphics).

Having this problem in campaign during certain times of day on og xbox one. Best work around so far was adjusting the settings on my tv but still find it high in some areas and hard to see

Pretty sure there is an issue where the game forces HDR settings on any display that is technically capable with no option to disable it. I have the same issue on my monitor that is HDR400 capable even though I would never enable HDR at that brightness/contrast level - the only workaround I know of is to run the game in windowed mode instead of borderless fullscreen. I submitted a bug report on waypoint for this day one and suggest you do the same.

same issue on a lenovo laptop. When I turn on the hdr display on my laptop it gets better but still the contrast is way to high.
I am using a legion 7 rtx3070

I have the exact same issue on the exact same laptop. Submit your tickets people! There are dozens of us!!!

I submitted my ticket, they emailed back pretty quickly asking if I had updated my drivers, I said “I update that -Yoink!- on the daily”. They replied with what I’ve quoted below.

I got the exact email also. Word for word.

I keep seeing that people are sending tickets but it looks like we’re getting left by the wayside. It’s been an issue for well over a month now.

Anyone else still having this issue I’m on the Asus m 16 laptop???
