I love Halo, always have but over the last few weeks I’ve been really low & it got really bad last week! The only thing I can really hold on to is Halo, playing on line and winning and in-turn making me feel good about myself but lately my internet provider has gone down hill apparently I have a high ping rate and its really bad, so I keep getting lagged out of games! I’ve tried speaking to -Yoink!- and they’ve said everything’s fine and nothing can be changed. I don’t rage quit sometimes I may quit a game in-order to join someone else but that’s very rare. I’m just getting really upset that I can’t play as much as I’d like to due the fact that I continuously get banned. Is there anything I can do?
Change ISP, im also with -Yoink!- and i never get these problems. 100mb is nice 
Also if you can afford it change your package id recommend 35mb is the minimum for an enjoyable online experience.
I’m running 120MB and I only get around 70MB
You very rarely get your full mb. and there may be maintenance in your area. Also there is peak times, I’ve had network problems in the past but they go as fast as they came.

I’ve also checked with virgins on-line faults & there’s nothing wrong with the connection.
Re-tested. Its so up and down and just not stable.
Yeah that is very unstable. I suggest calling and state that if your not getting your speed sorted out you will go else where. When you say this they are usually pushed to fix your connection.

Even with your minimum of 12mbps and a max of 72mbps I should see no reason why it would lag you out where the optimum speed for Multiplayer online is 2mbps. Your ping is 22ms which is perfectly fine.
You either are quitting and using the forums as a appeal, someone else’s connection in-game is conflicting with yours (eg: Yours may be open where there’s might be strict) or you have bad luck with the host.
Try BTB and see how that goes. Alot more players, should choose a better host but everyone knows it’s not who has the better connection, it is who’s in the middle.
I actually called up -Yoink!- and they said it is there fault. Though I checked there on-line faults page it didn’t state anything was wrong, I was told that there is work going on at the moment and no time frame of repair could be given.
Every time I go to speedtest I get something different it goes from no connection to 88Mbps. I also checked pingtest and it gave me a B but said its not good for on-line gaming. Mind you it gave me an F as well.
And I’m not making this up! Check my history, I don’t rage quit! Also the last game I played was BTB got lagged out after I got a kill in the first 15 seconds…why would I quit out after getting my first kill?
Man my stats are WAYYYY worse than yours and I’m typically able to play just fine. Yeah I’ll lag out of the occasional match but nowhere near enough to get banned (Only been banned ONCE)
So if I’m able to do just fine but you aren’t with your superior connection, I’m thinking there is another element to this.

Upload bandwidth doesn’t matter for matchmaking. It was “warning” for almost two years for me and randomly changed to yellow a few months ago.
I can’t play co-op FF or campaign but MM rarely gives me problems.
