One thing I hope for in halo infinite is free updates like what halo 5 did free maps and weapon skins etc What type of new content would you like to see
I just hope we get what should be there at launch. Yes H5 had free content updates but many of those updates were things that should’ve been there from the start. Game needed at least one more year of development in my opinion.
Back on topic, as for Infinite content, I’m a simple guy. Have a consistent stream of maps and I’m good.
As long as the updates aren’t just remixed versions of already existing maps, and aren’t just used as remedies to a lack of content, then I’m all for it.
Halo 5’s biggest blunder at first was a lack of content being addressed through “Free DLC,” but those updates for a good year were just bringing back features and modes that should have already been included. If Infinite needs a delay to have a consistent amount of vanilla content, then I can get behind that.
I hope most things are there on launch so in this case I agree with “Fully Skully”.
So just maps as my hopes, if the game is as it should be at launch.
Well regarding “free” updates, I’d like actual new content. No remixed maps, no bringing back modes half a year into the game that was in other games and no copy+paste cosmetics.
I wasn’t impressed with Halo 5s updates at all. Sure it improved the experience, but I had that stuff in every Halo prior to it. So like I said, maybe put in some actual new stuff this time.
