When trying to access user generated content (forge maps or custom game modes, including my own fileshare content), I am blocked by a message that states, “Content Not Allowed: Your content settings do not allow viewing user-generated content. Please change your user account settings to allow this content.” However, after reviewing my privacy & online safety settings on Xbox.com, user-generated content is allowed, from everyone, and is not blocked. As far as I can see, none of my privacy settings should be preventing access to UGC. What’s going on here? Anybody else having this issue?
I have the same issue. I was hoping to find a solution. All of my settings are correct, yet I’m still having errors. I’m playing on PC.
