When trying to access user generated content (forge maps or custom game modes), I am blocked by a message that states, “Content Not Allowed: Your content settings do not allow viewing user-generated content. Please change your user account settings to allow this content.” However, after reviewing my privacy & online safety settings on Xbox.com, user-generated content is allowed, from everyone, and is not blocked. As far as I can see, none of my privacy settings should be preventing access to UGC. What’s going on here? Anybody else having this issue?
My friend and i are also having his issue. i can play them fine but he cant and whenever he is in my party we both cant. we reviewed his settings and they are not blocked so he should be able to play but we are not allowed. i too would like help on this
I’m having this issue on Xbox as well. All of my privacy settings are fine and should allow for file share downloads, but I get the “Content not allowed” pop up. This seems to be an internal error across both platforms…
