I want to start this off by saying I’m loving the new Content Browser, of course obviously it’s new so it’s not flawless.
First off I’ve had issues where if I access the CB from the menu, I repeatedly recieve issues of it not being available if I try and look at bookmarks. This tends to be a nuisance and I hope this is fixed ASAP. Second is something maybe only I have an issue in? I am having a hard time with the layout. I bookmarked tons of prefabs from Waypoint but I wish there was an obvious “Bookmarks” tab for prefabs because right now the best way I find for getting prefabs is saving a copy of the prefab, which makes things cluttered. I think that’s all I have at the moment, so I really hope you guys improve the CB because it’s definitely somethings worth maintaining.
You brought up another concern of mine. “Save A Copy” should not be an option in the Content Browser. People who are unfamiliar with Bookmarking may think that’s the best way to get someone’s file, but it ends up making it look like they created the content themselves and is comparable to stealing content. Another problem is let’s say I release a new map, a player chooses to Save A Copy of it, then I find a problem with the map and fix my file. Since the player Saved their own copy then my map update won’t update the file that they are using. I know a lot of forgers and we are really unhappy with this option being in the browser the way it is currently.

You brought up a few things I never really thought about and I appreciate it. I hope 343 will work on these issues.

Same here. I can only look at the first page, which sucks because I seriously went through 117 pages of prefabs last night looking for good ones.
