Contacting support

Any chance 343i has ANY customer service to discuss how terrible there servers are? I’ve done everything in my power to make my connection work and still get unplayable lag. I’ve hardwired in, portforwarded, contacted ISP, Xbox is showing 80mbps down, 12 up, 65 ping, constantly restarting both router and Xbox and have made absolutely no progress. I have no lag on any other game or device.

343 seems to not care. At all.

I’m pretty sure any developer doesn’t have a customer service. That’s for the publisher.
