My friend is having an issue where if he tries to load up social games or competitive games, he has a message at the top of the screen saying “contacting servers” and the actual screen where you start to que from never loads up. Whenever he tries to join a custom lobby, there is no message whatsoever and nothing happens at all.
EDIT: turns out the issue is caused by his internet provided by sky since we tried another network and it worked perfectly. Anyone know what might be the problem with the internet?
