I haven’t had this issue; I’m sorry for ya.
I delete the game files, both player data and reserved space and restart. That usually works. Sometimes can take a few times.
My friend is getting this issue again now and what I did before isn’t fixing it. Every other game works fine for him. Don’t know what it is, but it’s really frustrating to have paid for a game and be unable to play it. Have 343 actually said anything about this? Doesn’t seem to be limited to just you two guys. Nat type is open, hard reset done, game cache cleared multiple times.
Having this issue right this moment. How about letting me play on a relaxing Saturday while I actually have some free time… C’mon 343.
Edit: not sure why I should have to do this and why it isn’t fixed, but if you close the MCC and restart the MP works.

Yeah I’m having the same issue as well, my internet is fine but whenever I go to Network to see the different data centers, it just comes up with it being unavailable.

Those of you who are on Sky, I have resolved my issue! It turns out that the sky shield automatically had a watershed feature which meant that you aren’t able to play until a certain time as it restricts certain adult activities. To fix this you need to sign into my sky and disable the sky shield, and hopefully, the issue is resolved.
