on PC when trying to matchmake i get the error: “contacting server to get the latest matchmaking data. please wait.” i’ve tried signing out and back in at least 100 times, halo support said they would get back to me a week ago and now won’t respond. the only thing different from everyone else i know who has no issues is that i’m on windows 7, but it’s supposed to support windows 7. i tried playing with network options, tried different microsoft accounts, tried different steam accounts, verifying integrity of game files on steam. it works if i sign in on my friend’s computer but not on mine. my specs are right here https://i.imgur.com/4CKxOPC.jpg https://i.imgur.com/SuuQmWm.jpg pls help, it’s been over a week. havent been able to matchmake once since the game came out, only play customs with friends and campaign
