I was similarly unable to play for several hours on Sunday. Should I be creating tickets for these issues on the support site?
Sign out of your profile and sign back in. If you don’t know how to do that. go into matchmaking. Hover over to your player id plate and hit change profile. Sign out then sign back in.

First of all when i signed out and signed back in it litterally locked me out of the game until i disabled EAC
Easy Anticheat interferes with some of the game for some reason and it stops me from signing into the game.
Verifying game files and checking all parts of my system yielded no results. Settings says that the Teredo Xbox Live connections are not working but when I check they apparently still are.
Even after finally signing back in after hours of trying to find out why I was locked out of the game, the “Contacting server” softlock wasn’t fixed.
I’m gonna need some additional help
I have the same problem, contacting server forever. Signing out and back in did nothing. I have had it happen multiple times in the past month. Perhaps it has to do with the increased network load due to corona?
In Windows 10 settings it just says Teredo is unable to qualify. This could block you from playing multiplayer games. I assume this is why my game is broken.
I’ve done everything to fix it and nothing has worked.
Update: I deleted EAC and then used Validate Game Files to reinstall it. When restarting the game the issue still persists. EAC is clearly not the problem. Sorry Epic Games.
This is probably a bug with the game itself. 343 studios really needs to get their crap together because I paid 40 dollars for this game and its already broken

I cant get on even after singing out, then signing back in, restarting steam, pc, changing my DNS. Ive looked and looked and looked for a solution to no avail. Has ANYONE found other solutions? I’m at my whits end…
