Contacting server to get latest matchmaking data

I have not been able to join any matchmaking game or access the progression bar in the options and career screen. I have restarted my PC, Router, Logged out and back in, checked the integrity of game files and nothing has worked.
I would greatly appreciate some help.

I am experiencing the same issue.

Sign out of your Xbox Live profile. Click the player icon at the top right, click your nameplate, then click change profile. Sign back in, and that should fix it. That worked for me.

Thank you | Firefly |, I was singing out and in through steam. It never occurred to me to sign out of my Microsoft account. It worked and thank you again.
