I need help to play multiplayer. I can not play any multiplayer playlists and get the message: Contacting server to get the latest matchmaking data.

Does anyone have a fix for this??

Also Been having the same issue since launch. Haven’t been able to play multiplayer once

Try clearing your local save data in the Xbox settings so it makes the game resync.

i think he’s talking about the PC version

which by the way, i got the same issue too

H5 PC only has custom games.

Not sure why you felt the need to reply when the OP hasn’t responded for weeks, but the he said ‘multiplayer playlists’ which usually means the H5 playlists on Xbox and that error can also happen on Xbox as well. Maybe if the OP responds he can clarify what he meant.
