Has anyone else been seeing this error code and the “You were removed from matchmaking due to an inability to retrieve player information” error every time you finish a match and look for another?
I’ve tried every possible troubleshooting to fix this but none seem to be working
- I already tried to reinstall MCC and that doesn’t seem to fix it - Checked all the region servers in the network tab, doesn’t work either - Installed all the latest updates for Windows 10 - Updated network drivers - Restarting the router (I use OpenWRT as the firmware. I disabled every package that may relate to network and that one doesn’t help. Even a fresh install of OpenWRT didn’t do anything)And this same problem happens on two computers that I play MCC on. I don’t know what is going on here. This has been happening a lot more frequently since the December 2020 update. I already filed a ticket but I just want to know if other players are experiencing a similar issue. MCC is the only game that seems to be having issues connecting to online services.

I’m not getting this error specifically but ones related to matchmaking and players so I don’t think it’s just your scenario. I’ve also created tickets and with no response to some months backlogged. I’m assuming they are working on these outstanding issues and once they release an update they’ll go and slam the ban hammers
