I was able to play yesterday for a good few hours after release. I had the same issues with the whole contacting server when clicking multiplayer but then I logged into the halowaypoint and it worked perfectly after that. Today is day 2 and I launch up Halo Reach through steam and when i try clicking multiplayer it’s giving me the same “contacting server” issues, no matter how long I wait it doesn’t fix itself. Any solutions to this please thanks

People are saying there’s regional locks and I know xbox is having problems with the core services

I am a university student and am not sure if i can even contact my isp or disable any of the settings, any other ideas?
I have found a solution, go into Settings>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>DNS Settings>Manual and then enter 1.1.1.1 for both primary and secondary. It worked for me

I tried this and it makes so that the game just crashes and bring me to microsoft store and the store says I’m not connected to the internet

Hmmm, Im not sure, it seems to be working for me
I was able to play just a few days and now I’m having this same issue
