Hello, whenever I want to play multiplayer on Halo MCC I get stuck on a notification screen that reads “Contacting server to get the latest matchmaking data” I have waited for 20 minutes and still nothing. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Try closing the game out and then relaunching it fresh. I have noticed I get that message when I leave the game suspended for a while.
Tried that mate, tried hard reset and clearing the memory too and still nothing. it’s been happening since I got the game a while back. Updated last night and it let me play and then today back to the same message today. Sad times
Have you tried using another network to connect to the MCC? For example a mobile hotspot. If it works you can go back to your usual network.
Yeah I tried my mobile hotspot and still no luck, it’s really annoying me now lol
Are you connected via wi-fi or ethernet?
I’m having this issue too
WiFi, it’s strange because I was able to play online last night I managed to play a game on social and 1 competitive game. I switched it off loaded the game the next day and received the message again. I will try eithernet connection and let you know the result
Same result with eithernet cable. Any other ideas ?
I’ve also had this same issue, last night I was able to play however the next day I am unable to play during the day. Any know fixes?
