Contacting server for latest data error, Xbox Fix?

So I have been having a matchmaking issue for the past month, when ever I close the game and try to go into matchmade multiplayer I am told Contacting server to get the latest matchmaking data, please wait. I have seen videos on how to fix it, but I am on Xbox and they only work about 5% of the time, is there any way I can stop this on Xbox?

Are you playing on a Series X/S?
Quick resume doesn’t work with multiplayer games, you would need to force close the game and restart it. Press the Xbox nexus button, press start when you have your game selected and press quit.

Quick resume doesn’t update server data, so once the servers for MCC have refreshed on a Wednesday and you’re pulling up your quick resume your game wouldn’t actually detect that new server data meaning you’re literally just playing on a outdated version of the game server.

If you’re not playing on a Series X/S then I have no idea on what’s going on.

No, I am using an Xbox One S, I also have the MCC Insider Season 8 Game, the matchmade multiplayer is fine though, that for the help anyway! :slight_smile:
