Halo MCC still isn’t anywhere as advertised. Need I say more. I’m selling my xbone and refuse to take a loss on a product that clearly shouldn’t have been sold. Until now I have patiently waited for a game fixing patch which seems a few more months away so I could enjoy the game as advertised but I’m done. I have a physical copy purchased from GameStop. Why is it so hard to contact 343I? How can i reach them to try and right what I believe is wrong and they know is wrong?

343 Industries ALREADY KNOWS THERE ARE PROBLEMS.
YOU do not have to tell them anymore. THEY GET IT. The game is broken. They are fixing it. Also, 80% of the game works(and on some occasions, even MM works).

Yes, they knew there were problems and still released it because MS needed to sell consoles with the holidays coming around. Since you seem like you love the game so much buy my copy. I guess I have to say it in caps so they know I mean business. GIVE ME MY Yoinking! MONEY

Do they know there are problems? Because they haven’t acknowledged the majority of issues I have seen. They seem entirely focused on trying and failing to fix matchmaking, when there are so many more glitches and bugs going on.

They were aware of the possible problems before release as Bonnie Ross herself explains around the 2 minute mark saying they were unsure they could even pull it off. I don’t know why there wasn’t a beta test to test the servers. “Hopefully we pull it all off by November” she says. Well um, its December
