Im trying to get in contact with 343 because I have an issue I would like to discuss with them. They don’t have a online support or an email. I checked their Twitter and Facebook and they never directly talk to fans and why would/should we have to discuss issues in public like that?
In general companies don’t reply to Facebook,Titter,Instagram messages. 343 dont’ either and that’s not surprising, but having no other contact info, how to we directly speak to them? This forum is the only other option. Another public option.
Either way, this is my issue for any 343 employee who may see this and I hope someone does and replies.
I bought Halo on release day. I played H2A straight away because that is the flagship game. I started to noticed lag, lag that ive never seen before. Normally when you lag. The entire game is laggy, you’re teleporting, your body drops dead, you don’t respawn, you get killed around corners.
The lag I expierence in H2A is odd. Im playing fine, then I start to shoot someone and nothing registers. The next few guys I fight could all register fine then all of a sudden the next few guys I battle, my shots don’t register again. I don’t teleport around the map. Picking up guns is delayed, nades come out delayed, shots dont register.
Initially I put this down to my internet connection, but I wasn’t sure because I play CE, 2, 3 and 4 fine. And all the other game titless I have play fine. It was all abit odd for me. I presumed my internet couldnt handle the new H2A game. But then I read this,
If this is true I have a serious problem with the game/343. I stuck through 343 and all they problems to date but I didn’t pay 65euro for a game that was flag shipped by H2A, which doesnt work. Is this a fixable issue? Does 343 recognise it as an issue?
One final point is, 343 need to fix the party system. The last update seems to have taken 3 steps backwards with it. After game it separates you and your friends 50% of the time and it doesn’t separate you it doesnt find a game until you separate yourselves and join back up.
