I keep getting ban from Halo 5. It doesn’t say what I have done wrong and I’m banned for 2 days. I don’t kill teammates and I have only quit from about 4 games since I got the game. Sometimes I get kicked due to Internet connection. Is there any way I can contact 343 about this?
You’ve had 4 DNFs since yesterday. Counting another 2 on the 16th.
If you have a lot of DNFs over a short period of time, you’re likely to get banned.
Have you been banned before? The more bans you have in a short amount of time, I think the longer your next ban will be?
You have 5 DNF on the first 4 pages for arena, and 1 dnf In WZ In 4 pages. didn’t look at the dates, But the more DNF’s you get, gives you a longer ban time.
And there Is nobody to talk too. There Is a post In support About Bans.
Good luck

You’ve accumulated 36 DNF’s since you got the game 10 days ago (29 Arena, 7 Warzone) with over 10
in the past week alone. On average, you quit 3 games per day. If you are wondering why you’ve been banned – this is it.
As for your internet problem, the system is supposedly able to differentiate a disconnect from an actual quit. However, I am not sure how accurate it is. If your internet really is responsible for the majority of your DNF’s then you should contact your service provider.
Hope this provides some clarity. If you don’t want to get banned then you need to stop quitting games.
