You can contact them through Waypoint and Reddit.

Probably through their twitter account, but you might have better luck contacting a certain employee if you need something specific.

What I want to know is how to get rid of this stupid ban thing that isn’t even my fault due to my internet connection continuously disconnecting me from the game. There should be a thing they have that detects the connection that way it knkws that your not just leaving the game midway.

If you’d like you can review the info in the appropriate ban thread linked below. The games can tell if there was a connection issue, but not whether that was intentional or not.
