I looked all over Halo Waypoint, and much of the internet it seems, for contact information for 343 Industries but have found nothing. Does 343 Industries have anything of this sort, either through Waypoint or another medium? Thank you for the time.

What issues are you having exactly? The best way to contact them is here, on the forums, but we can’t know who to direct you to without knowing what the problem is.
Thank you for the quick response. It’s actually not an issue with their services at all; the issue I had was finding a point of contact (perhaps this is the wrong forum?). I completed a research Capstone to graduate from my honors college on the Halo Franchise and was hoping to show 343, but I cannot find contact information for them anywhere.

In any case, your best bet may be to PM bs angel herself. Or, if you’re on twitter, you can tweet her as well. Alternatively, you could try emailing bsangle[at]halowaypoint[dot]com. I don’t know how often that’s checked or honestly if it’s a good resource but I have seen her post that email for blog type submissions so it can’t hurt I suppose.
